For our client - an international pharmaceutical company with a strong global presence due to its strategic investment and opening a Polish office, we are looking for an experienced marketer who will be in charge of marketing (strategy and execution). The company, in line with its strategic plan, is going to launch high-quality products (RX in different therapeutic areas).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing products with communication directed to healthcare professionals.
• Experience in creating and implementing strategies for RX and OTX products.
• Experience in launching new brands/products to the market and creating effective communication to doctors.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from various sources (P&L, sales panels, quantitative and qualitative consumer research, etc.).
• Professional market knowledge from many therapeutic areas, particularly in cardiology and diabetology (including knowledge of KOLs).
• Experience in running business projects.
• Focus on cooperation, problem-solving, searching for solutions, openness, and proactivity.
• Very good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy consistent with the companys strategy.
• Development of short- and mid-term strategies and sales plans for the RX portfolio (current and planned).
• Creation and management of the budget plan for MSN Poland products (P&L).
• Building multi-channel communication to HCPs.
• Preparation of promotional campaigns and promotional materials.
• Direct cooperation with the medical promotion team.
• Conducting training and presentations to sales teams.
• Close collaboration with KOLs.
• Current market analysis based on available internal and external data.
• Supporting the extension of a product portfolio, development strategy, and introducing new products to the market.
