Marketing Manager - Generalist

WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas, taking ownership from concept to execution.
- Develop marketing materials with a strong emphasis on copywriting, with ability to do it on your own and managing outsourcing it.
- Manage and maintain the companys presence and public image. Including PR, social media, lead generation campagins and any non-standard ideas you have.
- Publish case studies, newsletters and articles for the company website (approx. one article every two weeks).
- Create social media posts, including simple graphics using templates.
- Work closely with founders on building company image.
- Gather analytics and report on the outcomes of marketing activities.
- Provide marketing support to the Streamer Success team.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in marketing/journalism/creative work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and push things forward.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
- Ability to learn fast and solve problems as they appear.
- Openness to use AI to write, iterate and improve your work.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, simple video editing tools is nice to have.
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2) and Polish.
