Overview
SOFTSWISS is hiring a hands‑on Middle Marketing Manager, ready to take full ownership of the Special Projects. This role combines working with ambassadors, content, communications, campaigns, PR, events, analytics, and offers a high degree of autonomy.
Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing execution across special projects, shaping our brand’s visibility and growth in local markets. This role blends strategy and hands‑on delivery — from content and campaigns to PR, events, and ambassador management — giving you full ownership of initiatives that expand our reach, strengthen reputation, and create meaningful audience engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute the marketing strategy and annual promotion roadmap for local projects.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and its day‑to‑day execution.
- Prepare content: posts, video scripts, presentations, newsletters.
- Plan and execute digital and social marketing campaigns.
- Provide SMM support: planning, publishing, audience engagement.
- Work with internal and external designers, copywriters, and contractors; source, brief, and coordinate freelancers and external agencies.
- Lead PR activities: press releases, public announcements, events.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, brand awareness and reputation metrics.
- Research competitors, industry trends, best practices.
- Own and manage the marketing budget across activities and channels.
- Work with Brand Ambassadors.
- Build warm, trusting relationships and maintain regular communication.
- Monitor content quality and brand compliance.
- Develop an activity plan, cross‑team management and planning.
- Track KPIs, analyse campaign results, and improve processes.
- Prepare reports.
Required experience and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Advanced Russian and English.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools.
- A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
