This role sits in-between the Global Marketing team and the Market Operations team.
The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for the reputation, brand, and growth of all TfH products along with the TfH brand itself. Tasked with the creation and management of TfH’s marketing and communications efforts, the team oversees everything from earned media and branding to content creation. In addition, the team has been contracted by the World Foundation to advise and lead the reputation, brand and community the Foundation is creating to grow the World protocol.
The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy and deployment of World across all markets. This team deploys and manages all orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators. This team is responsible for effectively onboarding active users to World. Overall, the Market Operations team is on the frontlines of Tools for Humanity’s ambitious mission of global, inclusive, and rapid distribution of the World token.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, help grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience. World is a ground up movement, and this role works to make marketing intimate, immediate, and relevant to the people we are here to serve. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the global marketing team to develop and execute the longer-term Marketing and Brand Development strategy for Central and Eastern Europe.
The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, creatively motivated, and has strong experience in marketing strategy, strategic planning, benchmarking against objectives, as well as driving executive-level communications and stakeholder management.
