The role purpose is to drive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Accountabilities:

  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities including content development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to enhance online visibility;
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on content creation and distribution to effectively engage target audiences;
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms to maintain brand identity and message coherence;
  • Conduct detailed research to thoroughly understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying their needs and challenges to tailor marketing strategies effectively;
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website to maximize lead conversion rates through strategic design and content updates;
  • Prepare detailed reports and analytics to assess the performance of various marketing campaigns, analyzing ROIs and KPIs to inform future actions;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and new marketing techniques that drive business objectives;
  • Work closely with both internal and external contributors, including artists, agencies, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and dynamic digital presence;
  • Oversee and manage the company’s marketing presence at trade shows.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in marketing roles such as Marketing Specialist or Marketing Manager, ideally within startups focused on digital health;
  • Extensive knowledge of content distribution channels, including search engines and social media platforms, with a robust understanding of SEO tactics;
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences;
  • Experience using AI tools for research and marketing purposes;
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media trends and B2B SaaS environments;
  • Solid understanding of paid social media advertising, SEO, and SEM;
  • Practical knowledge of content performance metrics and analytical tools;
  • Proficiency in media editing software for both photo and video;
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving and innovation.
