Your Responsibilities

• Create the annual marketing plan to drive footfall and sales growth.
• Define and manage the marketing budget.
• Select, brief, and coordinate agencies.
• Implement digital marketing concepts in cooperation with the Digital Marketing Team.
• Conduct and monitor marketing surveys and analysis (market, clients, competition, retail mix).
• Collaborate daily with the center management team, tenants, and other stakeholders.

Our Requirements

• University degree (preferably marketing/PR).
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail or real estate.
• Strong project management skills and full involvement in projects.
• Leadership, ownership, and excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, creativity, and openness to new solutions.
• Structured, proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site at Galeria Wileńska and occasionally at Centrum Ursynów.
