Marketing Manager

Location: Szczecin

Industry: Green Energy

Responsibilities:

1. Management of Marketing Department (international environment)
2. Creation and execution of a marketing strategy for the entire companys operations
3. Implementation of a new brand identity (taking part in the creative process)
4. Implementation of digital workstreams
5. Support HR on recruitment initiatives (interdepartmental cooperation to unify company business operations)
6. Creation of marketing content including weekly newsletters to the global technician workforce

Requirements and skills:

1. +3 years of Marketing experience
2. Experience with digital advertisements e.g GoogleAds, Facebook Ads
3. Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Adobe CC
