Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred majors related to marketing, business management, or related fields).
• 5 years of experience in the position of Marketing Manager, preferred software or technology industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, etc.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (a necessary requirement), knowledge of additional languages will be an additional advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy for business software.
• Creating and managing online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEM/SEO, etc.
• Market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Planning and organizing company participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.
• Managing the marketing budget and monitoring the effectiveness of activities.
