Twoje zadania
answering questions and qualifying interest typically generated by both inbound and outbound marketing activities,
conducting and/or digitally assesing initial qualification and research of all inbound inquiries,
building prospect interest in the products and services offered by Siemens PLM Software through web, social media, e-mail, phone calls and chat interaction,
enriching and profiling our databases to identify new interest,
systematically following-up assigned qualified leads in our CRM collaborating with other demand development representatives, direct sales, partners or internal partner representatives,
sending appropriate follow-up materials (video, whitepapers, literature) and documenting all activities in the CRM system,
working with sales to develop opportunities (but without closing sales),
working on assignments that are routine in nature and require limited judgment,
working under moderate supervision and usually receiving detailed instructions on all work.
Twoje kwalifikacje
fluency in English,
any other European language – nice to have,
Salesforce CRM knowledge – nice to have,
