Whether youve worked as a barista, retail assistant, freelance writer, or taken part in volunteer initiatives, we believe that diverse experiences, even those seemingly unrelated to marketing, contribute to a well-rounded skill set. The company helps clients redefine their industries by building with them the products their users want. Starting in 2004, Boldare now has about 200 talents spread across Europe.  What do you need to get this position?

• Experience in student organizations, university projects, or international programs.
• Passion for new technologies and using AI in everyday tasks.
• A genuine interest in marketing, even if you haven’t worked in the field before.
• Flexibility, creativity, proactivity and open-mindedness.
• Openness to adapting to a constantly changing work environment.
• Communication skills and transparency.
• Teamplayer approach and a love of teamwork.
• Availability to work from the office in Gliwice at least once a week.
• Fluency in Polish and English (C1+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues and clients.

 Nice-to-haves:

• Copywriting skills.
• Photography, video, and editing skills.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions.
