• higher educational degree
• more than 10 years of professional experience
• marketing executive experience at an automobile company or tier 1 company
• experience with supervising technology or marketing related to drive systems
• good communication, social, and organizational skills
• business level in English and Polish - must have
• communicative level in German - nice to have
• proficiency with MS office skills
