ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Marketing designer to create impactful marketing assets that communicate our brand clearly and consistently. You’ll create a variety of marketing and brand assets across digital and print channels, ensuring they reflect and strengthen our visual identity, while supporting key marketing initiatives.
This is a great role for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of brand consistency. Its a great opportunity if you enjoy bringing marketing ideas into clear, visually compelling assets that stay true to our identity.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and the Marketing team to translate business needs into compelling visual materials and ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design marketing materials including one-pagers, presentations, merchandise, and print collateral.
Keep our brand consistent and recognizable across everything you create.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives and activities.
Support events and partnerships with tailored visual assets.
Adapt designs for different formats and channels (digital, print, offline).
Prepare production-ready files for print and merchandise.
Bring fresh ideas to strengthen our visual communications.
Improve and maintain brand templates and guidelines.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of experience as a marketing or brand designer, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop/InDesign.
Proven ability to create and maintain a consistent visual style across icons, graphics, and all brand assets.
Strong understanding of branding, ability to follow, refine and improve guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both design and marketing teams.
Experience preparing print-ready files and merchandise designs for production.
A portfolio that demonstrates a range of marketing design work (presentations, one-pagers, brand assets, print, merchandise etc.).
Nice to have: an experience with video editing or motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
