Use SAS and other tools to effectively support campaign management process, manage the data, gather insights, build ML models, and transform business.
Work in interdisciplinary and international teams that gather technical, business, cloud, and data science competencies that deliver work in agile methodologies (at client localization, remotely or mixed).
The range of your accountability, responsibility, and autonomy will depend on your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.
Wymagania
Have minimum Bachelors degree in discipline like Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods from an university of repute.
Have 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, personalization or other data-related fields.
Are experienced in area of Data Engineering and Data Science with focus of SAS tools like 4GL, Viya, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Customer Intelligence 360, SAS Intelligent Decisioning, Event Stream Processing, Real-Time Decision Manager.
Are proficient in working with data, including very good command of SQL and knowledge of Python or SAS.
Have technical aptitude and are willing to develop skills in modern data and analytics technologies.
Have very good command of English language (it is nice to have command of additional language, for instance German).
Are a great team player (it is nice to have experience in working in international teams).
Have constant willingness to develop in the areas of data analytics and to deepen practical knowledge of tools such as SAS, Python, R.
Are willing to work in truly agile environment, in interdisciplinary and international teams that combine technical, business and data science competencies.

Headquarter in Warsaw with office in Kraków.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
