Who we are looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in data engineering
2. Proficiency in cloud platforms , with experience in Azure and GCP being preferred OR Databricks expertise
3. Marketing experience – working with marketing or customer (B2B; B2C) data
4. Knowledge of Customer Data Platform tools such as Tealium, Segment, Adobe or knowledge in Custom CDPs
5. Proficiency in SQL and Python, Spark or any other programming language
6. Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow
7. Strong data modeling skills
8. Proactive personality with an analytical mindset, able to create insights based on client requirements
9. Business Analysis – ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
10. Client-facing experience – ability to interact with clients to discuss requirements and present solutions
11. Good communication skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders
12. Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
2. Project management skills – ability to lead and manage small sized projects
3. Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica
4. Enthusiasm for AI Technologies
5. Experience with DevOps practices and tools
