The Marketing Data Enablement Specialist helps marketers become confident, data-driven decision-makers. You’ll work within the Marketing Analytics team in Krakow to strengthen data fluency, simplify complex insights, and increase adoption of dashboards and frameworks across Cytiva’s global marketing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people with data — turning analytics into stories, dashboards into conversations, and metrics into meaningful action.
responsibilities :
Build and deliver enablement materials, workshops, and micro-trainings that help marketers interpret and act on analytics insights.
Partner with analysts to translate dashboards, reports, and metrics into clear business narratives.
Maintain and evolve the marketing analytics enablement toolkit — definitions, terminology, and best-practice guides.
Measure and improve adoption of analytics assets such as dashboards, scorecards, and campaign reports.
Contribute to building a shared data language across marketing functions, ensuring consistency in how metrics are used and discussed.
Support the continuous improvement culture by capturing feedback, identifying learning needs, and updating enablement content accordingly.
