Overview
This role leads all analytical activities for an assigned A&M area across Anchor Markets, delivering horizontal learnings and driving end-to-end ownership—from data analysis and visualization to outcomes and continuous methodology improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis, hypothesis testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and present clear, impactful data visualizations tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Lead ongoing enhancement of methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
Qualifications
- A mid-level Marketing Data Analytics or Insights professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company.
- With at least 7 years+ experience
- Education: Masters in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Marketing
- Experience in working with large & complex data cubes
- Familiar with key measurements frameworks like MMM, Sufficiency
- Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources.
- Strong collaborator: actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
- Proven analytics, business analytics, research experience, consumer insights experience or commercial experience in combination with strong analytical skills
- High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry A&M services providers
- ow to bring business performance insights to life visually
- Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus
