Marketing Coordinator (Warsaw - 18-month employment contract)

Skanska Residential Development Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for a person who will take active part in creating our residential projects via effective marketing and communication.

What We Expect from You and What We Offer You:

Within your role you will be responsible for:

• execute the internal and external communication strategy ensuring their compliance with brand positioning, values and business targets;
• support the communication of Skanska’s products internally and externally;
• cooperate with external agencies and partners, ensuring the relations with the media and the social media presence;
• developing the brand identity of the given projects;
• delivering marketing and communication strategy for the given projects through close cooperation with Projects’ Teams and Sales Team;
• ensuring the quality and timeliness of the respective marketing actions, including their execution within the given budget and in line with organization’s values and business targets;
• preparing tenders for subcontractors and partners and coordinating their work,
• coordination of advertising campaigns for the given projects, including
  
  e-marketing.
