What you will be doing:
• Providing daily operative and administrative support on a variety of tasks to your marketing team
• Responding to internal and external customer inquiries on marketing related topics, providing accurate information and guidance based on their needs
• Supporting development, production and distribution of marketing materials e.g., customer newsletter
• Providing support in the organisation and logistical co-ordination of local events
• Collating marketing information from various sources, ensuring that databases and information systems are up to date and the information is readily available to all internal stakeholders
• Producing reports to support and enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities
What do you bring with you:
• Experience in marketing / sales support or administrative support
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good commercial awareness
• Good Microsoft Office (e.g., high level of Excel skill) & PC skills
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Good analytical skills with experience of managing data and reporting
