This role focuses on coordinating with planners, sales, and the marketing POD to execute demand creation campaigns aligned with Industry and Zone Marketing Plans. The position ensures budget adherence, reports on local results, and drives improved demand generation, pipeline contribution, and sales acceleration. The ideal candidate has strong marketing execution experience, works confidently with CRM and Salesforce tools, and communicates professionally in English.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Coordination with the planners, sales and the marketing team POD
- Ensure program execution budget spend vs. plan
- Demand Creation:
- Execute demand creation campaigns as defined in the industry & Zone Marketing Plans
- Report on local results
- Improve the demand generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
WYMAGANIA:
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English, both written and spoken
- Practical experience in executing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent in experience – formal education in marketing or proven practical experience is necessary
- CRM experience in customer-related processes
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce for campaign management, reporting, and customer insights
- Ability to use project management tools to plan tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines
- Experience using Sprinklr to manage social media content, monitoring, and engagement
- General understanding or experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector
- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing activities targeted at business customers
- Knowledge of German is an additional advantage for communication and market reach
- Familiarity with RIKE tools or platforms would be an advantage, but is not required
