With over 20,000 team members from 130 countries, innovating in 140 world class R&D facilities, we have the resources, leadership heritage and partner ecosystem to make a meaningful impact now and into the future.***#GrowWhatMatters***Under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Consultant will be responsible to support marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives for the projects related to specific products and brands of the company in Poland.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote Cortevas Crop Protection, Seeds, and other solutions.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and research and development to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.* Integrate marketing campaigns with Sales Force to ensure seamless communication and support for sales teams in driving product adoption and revenue growth.* Manage the integration of customer data and insights from Sales Force into marketing campaigns to personalize messaging and enhance targeting.* Oversee the management of Cortevas loyalty programs, including AgroKarta and E-Pole, to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.* Develop and execute promotional activities and incentives within loyalty programs to reward customers for their continued support and advocacy.* Analyze program performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancement and optimization.* Create engaging content for various channels including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and trade shows.* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.* Work with Agency of Record to execute and implement tactics that are specific to the annual communication strategies and plans, including active participation in project status calls and interfacing with agency on behalf of Category Marketing managers.* Manage content generation and execution of mailings from loyalty programs.* Manage local communications budgets.* Manage relationships with key vendors and tasks associated with suppliers, vendors, and agencies, including quote requests, spot PO requests, field sign management, etc.**Key Stakeholders and Interactions*** Internal: sales teams, marketing teams, agronomy teams, country leadership team, bard teams* External: marketing agency, Loyalty programs agency**Location*** Warsaw**Requirements*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business related program* At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist.* Familiarity with the farming industry will be a plus but not required.* Experience with B2B and B2C Advertising Campaigns.* Proficiency in MS Office.* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Polish and English.To know more about Corteva please watch this video:Talent Acquisition at Corteva uses technology by Eightfold AI.
