For our client, we are looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant.
This is a full-time engagement for a U.S.-based healthcare projectundergoing a Greenfield Salesforce implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud). The project aims to modernize and streamline business processes while collaborating with B2B partners and resellers.
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email marketing, PPC, conversion metrics)
Hands-on expertise with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder
Skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integrations (Marketing Cloud Connect, etc.)
Strong background in Digital Marketing practices
Salesforce certifications (active or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira)
Familiar with the Salesforce product ecosystem (Sales, Service, Communities, AppExchange)
Excellent English communication skills, comfortable in multicultural environments
Propose, design, and implement Salesforce solutions from scratch
Lead requirement-gathering and client workshops, document business needs
Present solution options, weighing declarative vs. customized approaches
Develop and manage delivery lifecycle phases: implementation, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support
Perform impact analysis for scope changes and document modifications
Participate in system configuration and end-user acceptance testing
Advise clients on Salesforce enhancements and roadmap strategies
Collaboration in a growing Salesforce practice of 90+ professionals
A stable role in a dynamic Greenfield project with a U.S. healthcare client
Work in theEET time zone with some overlap in U.S. hours
