Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lead campaigns to launch, working with stakeholders to create and manage the campaign brief, and collaborate with external and internal agencies on copy, creative, assets, targeting, keywords, etc.
  • Work closely with the Senior Social Media & Growth Manager to execute, traffic, and report digital campaigns across multiple platforms (PPC, Google Marketing Platform, Display, Programmatic, etc.) and objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation, ABM, etc.) in line with the global Digital Marketing and Growth plan.
  • Ideate and create English content, and review marketing emails, InMails, social posts, search ads, banners, etc., ensuring all assets are accurate, on‑message, on‑brand, adhere to best practices and comply with regulations.
  • Implement and test campaign tracking: UTMs, pixels, tags, custom dimensions, etc.
  • Monitor web and campaign data to optimise performance, and produce regular or ad‑hoc campaign reports.
  • Contribute performance insights to internal stakeholders (quarterly newsletters, forums).
  • Build direct relationships with publishers; buy or trade media as required.
  • Brief media and creative agencies for campaigns.
  • Assist in allocating monthly budgets, issuing orders, reconciling and resolving invoices and fees.
  • Input into the global Digital Marketing and Growth plan, suggesting new campaigns and formats to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in campaign trafficking and management of paid search, display, programmatic and/or email.
  • Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of content marketing to a B2B audience.
  • Experience on the agency side (media or ad agency) on B2B/B2C financial services or other B2B accounts.
  • Enthusiasm for the digital advertising industry and influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Moz, SEMrush, Optimizely, Amazon AAP, WordPress, Marketo, Eloqua.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organised, diligent, and detail‑oriented.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive and responsive.
