YOUR TASKS
- Collaborating with business leaders to develop, launch, and measure content marketing strategies and plans aligned with strategic KPIs such as brand visibility, media coverage, analyst perceptions, and pipeline impact.
- Leading the development of key content pieces and campaigns, ensuring relevance, quality, and customer-centricity throughout the process.
- Activating the Capgemini Invent brand through external and internal communications initiatives and assets, including global web content, reports, blog articles, newsletters, press articles, analyst reports, video, podcasts, social, and events.
- Managing a network of internal and external suppliers, providing feedback and guidance to content creators as needed.
- Analyzing campaign effectiveness through data analysis and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyzing and collaborating with respective marketers to develop thought leadership and marketing content for collateral to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Coaching and managing other more junior marketers to deliver Invent Marketing assets and campaigns.
YOUR PROFILE
- Mid to Senior level marketing experience with a focus on campaign and budget management; B2B IT/Consulting or Services marketing experience preferred.
- Proficiency across digital channels, with the ability to adapt and optimize content for different platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and innovative approach to work.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
