We are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive the planning and coordination of our strategic marketing programs, focusing on demand generation and high-quality lead acquisition. This role requires knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategy, effective segmentation, and tactics. Your role will be critical in developing multi-channel journeys and creating compelling content to effectively guide users through the entire customer journey, directly supporting Trans.eu’s growth targets across European markets.
About the Role
- Developing Marketing Programs: Designing and executing multi-channel marketing programs to generate leads, boost engagement, and reactivate ex customers.
- Planning and Coordinating Campaigns: Developing and running integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, defining the required channels and coordinating their use by Performance and Marketing Automation Experts (email, social media, web).
- Creating Marketing Content: Collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaign assets (e.g., landing pages, e-books, webinars, videos, market insights).
- Marketing Automation: Co-developing and optimizing automated workflows to personalize communication and segment customers.
- Website Management: Coordinating and launching conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
- Analysis & Optimization: Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve our efforts.
Qualifications
- B2B Growth Marketing: Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, data-driven growth tactics, lead generation, and sales acquisition with ability to analyze data.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Proven ability to plan and coordinate campaigns across digital channels (social media, paid, email).
- Content Marketing: Skilled in creating and commissioning engaging content in various formats (text, visual, video).
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools such as Synerise or HubSpot.
Preferred Skills
- TSL Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics industry.
- Project Management: Experience using tools like Asana to track campaign progress.
