In this role, you’ll take the lead on our marketing automation efforts at Traffit, focusing on optimizing processes for our lead base. This means you’ll design and implement strategies that enhance our lead generation, nurturing, and scoring through automation.
Outside of that, you’ll also help refine our existing mailing list and develop and manage effective email campaigns. We see these responsibilities at Traffit going hand in hand with marketing automation. Together they should create a powerful strategy.
You thrive in the environment where you have a lot of space to experiment, try your own ideas and you don’t need micromanagement. You’ll know your goals and get support from the marketing team but it’s you who drives your work forward.

You see an offer between 8,207 zł to 9,909 zł gross (that’s an equivalent of 12 to 14 level on our salary pathway) as enough potential to get started at Traffit. It’s a role when you’ll come to the office located in Gdynia at least twice a week. We use this time to connect as a team, work on our projects together and discuss common challenges in upcoming projects (we won’t sugarcoat you - there are always some).
