In this role, you’ll take the lead on our marketing automation efforts at Traffit, focusing on optimizing processes for our lead base. This means you’ll design and implement strategies that enhance our lead generation, nurturing, and scoring through automation.

Outside of that, you’ll also help refine our existing mailing list and develop and manage effective email campaigns. We see these responsibilities at Traffit going hand in hand with marketing automation. Together they should create a powerful strategy.

You see an offer between 8,207 zł to 9,909 zł gross (that’s an equivalent of 12 to 14 level on our salary pathway) as enough potential to get started at Traffit. It’s a role when you’ll come to the office located in Gdynia at least twice a week. We use this time to connect as a team, work on our projects together and discuss common challenges in upcoming projects (we won’t sugarcoat you - there are always some). 


You should not apply if:

  • You prefer to work in a large team. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in this role, you will not have access to a huge team of specialists to collaborate on projects. We have great contractors who can assist you but we don’t have on-demand designers etc.
  • If you don’t want your job satisfaction to be linked to results. At Traffit we don’t need everyone to succeed all the time. We learn from failing. However, each role at Traffit is connected to KPIs and numbers as we emphasize in Traffit Code. We use them to understand how successful our ideas and work are.

What experience do we think makes sense for this role?

Our must-have:

  •  Experience in creating and maintaining marketing automation sequences across multiple channels, including email, performance marketing, and in-app messaging.
  • A background in inbound marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • A foundational understanding of recruitment and recruiters, as this knowledge will help you design a more relevant and valuable user experience.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Zapier, GetResponse, Pipedrive (or similar). 

Our nice-to-have:

  • Experience managing marketing automation for a SaaS business or product.
  • Familiarity with working across both English and Polish-speaking audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Automation:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies using automation tools.
  • Analyzing your results, including insights from challenges and areas for improvement, to inform future strategies.
  • Selecting the software and tools that best support our marketing efforts.
  • Coordinating with external partners for advertising campaign support.

 

2. Lead-gen marketing:

  • Executing and managing marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
  • Using analytical tools to assess and optimize marketing activities.
  • Optimizing and maintaining our mailing list.
  • Creating and managing email lead-gen campaigns.
