We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist / Administrator with experience in Marketing Automation platform to help us streamline our marketing efforts, scale our campaigns, and drive revenue through intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting in email/sms marketing campaigns development and execution, which includes segmentation, testing and deployment of automated paths of communication

• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and dashboards

• Creating and managing database segmentation for campaigns in marketing automation platform

• Collaboration cross-functionally with other departments and foreign branches

• Working with Content and Design team to get the required email/sms content created

• Documenting and maintaining marketing automation platform processes and procedures

• Providing feedback and guidance for revisions of foreign branches email/sms local activity

• Supporting internal teams and foreign branches by troubleshooting any errors that are reported by them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot Marketing Hub will be a big plus)

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email marketing, lead nurturing, segmenting database and customer lifecycle marketing

• Proven track record of building successful automated campaigns that drive conversions

• Solid analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English 

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing
