Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist / Administrator with experience in Marketing Automation platform to help us streamline our marketing efforts, scale our campaigns, and drive revenue through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting in email/sms marketing campaigns development and execution, which includes segmentation, testing and deployment of automated paths of communication.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and dashboards.
• Create and manage database segmentation for campaigns in marketing automation platform.
• Collaboration cross-functionally with other departments and foreign branches.
• Work with Content and Design team to get the required email/sms content created.
• Document and maintain marketing automation platform processes and procedures.
• Provide feedback and guidance for revisions of foreign branches email/sms local activity.
• Support internal teams and foreign branches by troubleshooting any errors that are reported by them.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot Marketing Hub will be a big plus).
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email marketing, lead nurturing, segmenting database and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of building successful automated campaigns that drive conversions.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must.
