As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and orchestrating multi-channel campaign programs for Enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional Adobe and client teams to design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions. Your expertise in RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Journey Analytics, SQL, will be essential in this role.
responsibilities :
You will take ownership of complex tasks around email marketing campaigns.
You will work in a team of skilled marketing automation professionals, creating, executing and measuring performance of marketing campaigns.
You will have to work with HTML code of marketing emails ensuring high content quality.
You will be preparing audience segments in campaign management platforms.
You will manage heavily scripted dynamic emails, to automate content creation.
Develop custom scripts and automation workflows using Adobe Experience Cloud to streamline business processes.
You will provide analysis to support decision making process by measuring campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
You will share your knowledge and expertise with other team members.

Understanding of multi-channel marketing.
Adobe Experience Platform experience with one or more products among: RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Journey Analytics.
Experience in using HTML + CSS to build emails.
Good knowledge of scripting languages: JavaScript.
Strong SQL skills with experience in complex query writing and database management.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
Familiarity with the JSON format.
GIT.
Good communication skills.
Good spoken and written English (B1 level or higher).
