Business Development & Partnerships:
-Conduct market research to identify potential Smart TV, electronics retail, and B2B partners.
-Proactively reach out to key contacts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
-Prepare and deliver professional presentations showcasing the value of partnerships.
-Negotiate and structure co-marketing agreements that benefit all parties.
Marketing & Cross-Promotion:
-Develop creative cross-promotion mechanics with partner brands to increase visibility.
-Design and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive engagement and subscriptions.
-Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
Project Management & Execution
-Oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership initiatives.
-Arrange and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
-Conduct store checks and mystery shopping to assess implementation quality.
-Monitor the performance of partnerships and optimize ongoing collaborations.
Reporting & Relationship Management
-Maintain strong relationships with partners and act as a key point of contact.
-Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights for future growth.
-Continuously analyze results and propose improvements for ongoing initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Sales-Person to join our team. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with Smart TV manufacturers, consumer electronics retailers, and B2B partners for cross-promotion activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing expertise with sales skills to initiate and manage collaborations that drive growth of the business. This person will conduct market research, build relationships, develop co-marketing campaigns, and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
-2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in consumer electronics, media, or tech industries.
-Proven experience in partnership development, cross-promotion, and co-marketing activities.
-Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
-Ability to develop and execute creative marketing activations.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
-Strong project management abilities, focusing on execution and attention to detail.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize results.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
-Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), native Polish
