Be the go to person for business, data and local market stakeholders for performance measurement concept development, dashboard creation, requirements/specifications for metrics definition, testing, training and bug-fixing. Be the interface for communication (and translation if needed) between business and data stakeholders and ensure smooth handover between stakeholders
Develop dashboards incl. concept creation of marketing data across multiple channels and sources (email, paid, social, web, live events, webinars, e-learns and online communities, etc) including adjustment, bug-fixing, refinement/improvement of the existing dashboards
Train and document local markets as well as global teams on tracking framework, new dashboards and processes and drive visibility & adoption
Drive standardization, establish processes and tools around marketing measurements, (e.g. KPI, naming, process, dashboard) that enable consistent measurement
Provide ongoing visibility incl. in-depth analysis into the impact that marketing campaigns and programs have on revenue as well as on customer and consumer satisfaction – with key focus on B2B engagement and provide reports and creating a 360 degree view for global and local marketing organization to help optimize campaigns by designing and overseeing the implementation and measurement of robust A/B tests
Collaborates and communicate effectively with cross-company departments like CRM, CRM IT, Advanced Analytics, Activation & Engagement, Channel owners, Digital Platforms & Chanels, Sales Operations as well as external agencies to ensure measurable metrics and measurement capabilities are in place as well as organization-wide data standards are maintained. Understands integrations between multiple systems
Project management of various marketing performance or commercial excellence projects
Develop, maintain and deploy Excel KPI overviews (bowlers), reports and dashboard to different stakeholders. Help evolving the performance review session (daily management) frameworks and practices in the organization
Drive the continuous improvement of data quality in collaboration with the business, the Salesforce teams, and the Compliance department
Support teams on web analytics (configuration, setting up tracking and reporting), including coordinating with third party providers to drive further technical development as necessary
Employer requirements
University degree in economics, marketing, statistics, analytics or similar
3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics experience designing, implementing and measuring the impact of multi-channel marketing activities for fast pace international organization (incl. Google Analytics, web optimization, marketing promotion ROI, omnichannel attribution, etc.)
Proactive, self-driven and highly motivated professional with high level of accountability
Being able to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and translate between data analytics and business people. Ability to define and lead own projects involving various stakeholders
Solid experience working with data sets, data analysis as well as visualization tools as CRMA, Power BI, etc, SQL and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented: willingness to spend time analyzing data, generate insights out of data, improve layouts and search for mistakes/issues
Experience with global web analytics technology stack (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SEM Rush, HotJar)
Solid understanding of the marketing and sales funnel as well as customer segmentation
Knowledge using programmatic platforms (e.g. Adobe, Google and Facebook ecosystems, affiliate networks, SEO, etc.) and attribution software
