Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring key metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate and page load times.
- Identifying trends and issues with the help of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user interactions and find patterns, technical issues or areas for improvement.
- Providing optimization recommendations, e.g., actionable insights improving site performance, enhancing user experience and increasing engagement.
- Collaborating with the web development team to implement changes.
- Measuring content effectiveness by analyzing how different types of content (podcasts, blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) perform in terms of views, shares, clicks and conversions.
- Assessing user engagement metrics such as time on page, scroll depth, and social interactions to understand how audiences consume content.
- Tracking the organic reach and ranking of content using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs and ensuring it aligns with targeted keywords and search intent.
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues to create content, recommending keywords and topic areas.
- Implementing content optimization by providing data‑driven recommendations to improve relevance and resonance, tailoring strategies for specific audience segments or marketing goals.
- Setting up tracking by implementing UTM tracking for marketing campaigns to accurately measure performance across channels and creative assets.
- Preparing performance analysis of campaign performance across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email) to measure reach, click‑through rates and conversions.
- Reporting ROI by providing regular reports on campaign ROI, channel effectiveness and key learnings.
- Optimizing feedback by collaborating with marketing teams to refine ongoing campaigns based on data insights, testing results and trends.
- Mapping user journeys (analyzing customer pathways from acquisition to conversion to retention).
- Verifying behavior insights using data to understand how users navigate websites and interact with various elements.
- Collaborating with other teams (e.g., UX designers, product managers, and content creators).

Here’s What You’ll Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience directly in marketing analytics, SEO or related role.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and related tools.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO/SEM strategies and tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proven ability to manage and analyze UTM tracking for campaigns.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data verification.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to transform complex data into practical and clear marketing insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
