Marketing Analytics & SEO Specialist – Jacobs

Our Global Delivery Center in Poland, located in Krakow and Warsaw, supports local and international projects across advanced facilities, water & environment, transportation, energy & power, cities & places, and digital domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring key metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, and page load times.
  • Identifying trends and issues using Google Analytics 4 to track user interactions, find patterns, resolve technical issues, and identify improvement areas.
  • Providing actionable optimization recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with web development to implement changes.
  • Measuring content effectiveness across podcasts, blogs, videos, infographics, etc., by analyzing views, shares, clicks, and conversions.
  • Assessing user engagement metrics like time on page, scroll depth, and social interactions to understand audience consumption.
  • Tracking organic reach and keyword ranking with SEMrush or Ahrefs to align content with targeted keywords and search intent.
  • Working with marketing colleagues to recommend keywords and topic areas for content creation.
  • Implementing data-driven content optimization for relevance and audience resonance.
  • Setting up UTM tracking for marketing campaigns to measure channel performance accurately.
  • Preparing performance analysis across Google Ads, social media, and email platforms.
  • Reporting ROI and channel effectiveness, and providing key learnings.
  • Optimizing feedback with marketing teams to refine campaigns based on data insights.
  • Mapping user journeys from acquisition to conversion to retention.
  • Using data to understand user navigation and interactive behavior.
  • Collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and content creators.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, SEO, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies and tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze UTM tracking for campaigns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data verification.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear marketing insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
