Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Develop and implement robust data analysis frameworks to measure marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the lead funnel data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build predictive models and conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights to marketing teams to inform decision-making.
- Marketing Technology:
- Implement, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with other enterprise systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and evaluate new tools for potential adoption.
- Marketing Operations:
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of Arteris digital channels (website, email, paid media, social media)
- Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics, operations, or project management
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
- Certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or data science.
