What you will be doing:

1. Apply your analytical skills to thoroughly evaluate quantitative information.
2. For every customer, balance profitability and willingness-to-pay.
3. Collaborate with colleagues in other business units (Sales, Sales Solutions, Legal), ensuring that company ambitions are achieved successfully.
4. Identify areas of improvement, and then own and drive the improvement across the team.
5. Monitor customers’ performance and proactively drive improvement opportunities.
6. Support or lead projects by applying your area of expertise.
7. (In)directly support our sales organization in RFQ and contract negotiations.
8. Advise Senior Leadership on commercial topics, such as market/account/industry performance, internal cost, and price/competitor positioning.
9. Above all: become a pricing expert and lead our organization within your field of expertise.

What do you bring with you:

1. University Education (or equivalent through experience).
2. Experience in Commercial, Finance, Pricing or Marketing environment (or other relevant area).
3. Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities.
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Access, SAS or equivalent tool is a plus.
5. International and Domestic business awareness/experience.
6. Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a minimum requirement; additional languages such as French, Italian or German are considered a plus.
