In this role, you’ll work with innovative platforms like Seismic and Monday.com, mastering system governance and translating data into actionable insights. If you are passionate about delivering impactful solutions, thrive in collaborative endeavors, and want to make a meaningful difference, this is your chance!**What You’ll Do**As an integral part of our team, you’ll partner in the optimization of our MarTech systems—ensuring data integrity, uncovering data stories, and calibrating system settings for ease of use. Through authoring system enhancement proposals, you’ll have a direct impact on elevating user experience.**Key Responsibilities:*** Serve as a sales enablement platform administrator (Seismic)* Demonstrate strength in self-driven performance* Support the identification and implementation of CRM enhancement needs* Uncover actionable insights through MarTech data analyses* Execute autonomously or as part of a team as applicable, ensuring quality in every deliverable**Qualifications:***Marketing** 3-4 years of marketing experience*System Documentation & Support** 1+ years developing system documentation* Experience providing system support*Communication & Collaboration** Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills* Proven ability to collaborate across teams*Data Integrity & Analysis** 1+ years optimizing MarTech system metadata (or equivalent)* Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Strong interest in leveraging data to strengthen business outcomes*Sales Enablement Platform Experience** 1+ years as a Seismic platform administrator (or equivalent)* Seismic certification a plus, but not required*Commitment to Excellence** Self-motivated* Taking pride in personal contributions*Technical Skills** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint* Site administration experience (Seismic and/or SharePoint a plus)* CRM system familiarity (Pivotal a plus)*Related Interests** Complex problem solving* Troubleshooting* Strategic thinking* Sleuthing**We value diverse experiences.** We value diverse experiences and transferrable skillsets.
