Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content for newsletters and internal communication and internal platforms.
Coordinate campaigns to promote company news and initiatives.
Collect feedback and monitor performance of internal communication channels to propose improvements.
Plan and support fun and meaningful employee events and programs.
Collaborate with teams to boost participation and align with our culture.
Assist in executing and tracking engagement surveys and initiatives.
Help develop PR and media content that reflects our brand values.
Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.
Qualifications
Associates degree in related field (Communications, Marketing) with at least 2 years of experience in communication, employer branding, or engagement in a corporate or multinational environment.
Strong communication skills in English and in Polish both written and verbal.
Familiar with digital tools, content creation tools (Canva) and social media.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Enjoy teamwork and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about culture and communication.
