For our Client, an international manufacturer operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a person to hold a Marketing & Communication Specialist position.
Shaping and executing the regional marketing and communication strategy for Poland and Ukraine, acting as a connector between local needs and regional/global marketing requirements
Ensuring consistent messaging, strong market visibility, and effective lead‑generation activities
Leading and coordinating end‑to‑end marketing communication projects and integrated campaigns
Aligning regional and local marketing activities and optimizing performance through KPI tracking
Developing local marketing initiatives to support business growth, customer acquisition, and sales enablement
Creating high‑quality technical content in Polish and, when needed, Ukrainian (digital and print)
Managing local websites, intranet pages, social media channels, SEO/SEM activities, and digital campaigns
Supporting marketing automation and CRM processes
Planning and executing trade fairs, seminars, webinars, customer workshops, and PR activities
Conducting market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions
Managing marketing budgets and promotional materials
Several years of experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in an international or B2B/technical environment
Fluency in English; Polish and/or Ukrainian is a strong advantage
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation)
Excellent content creation skills, including technical messaging
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Analytical, data‑driven mindset with focus on performance optimization
Strong stakeholder management skills in a cross‑functional environment
