You will be part of the Risk and Data HUB, Tools & Reporting department, a dynamic team of over 150 professionals dedicated to providing innovative software solutions and operational services for risk management. As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ALM platform and driving the success of the Risk Tribe.
responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 10-16 individuals, including business analysts, DevOps engineers, software engineers, and testers, to achieve exceptional results.
Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision for the QRM Platform & Change product, ensuring it aligns with the broader goals of the Risk Tribe.
Strategic Influence: Contribute to the overall strategy of the global COO Risk organization as a member of the leadership team for the respective Risk Tribe.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of service provided by your product within the Risk and Data area, Tools, and Reporting department.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across international teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Business Development: Actively seek and support new business opportunities to expand the scope and impact of your area and the Risk Tribe.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, feedback, and continuous learning within your team.
