How You Will Create An Impact
- Contribute to strengthening our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and support consultants in their business needs to conduct qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their project‑specific requirements and advise on or help them tailor different approaches while ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Manage the vendor bid solicitation, analyze feedback to evaluate proposals and, together with the project teams, select the most eligible vendors for a variety of market research projects.
- Accompany the vendor onboarding process, monitor fieldwork progress, support troubleshooting of fielding issues and manage expectations to ensure the highest‑quality results.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements as well as healthcare and life sciences ethical standards (e.g., BHBIA, EphMRA) throughout the process and connect with internal stakeholders to provide adequate guidance.
- Cooperate with a variety of third‑party vendors; build and maintain trusted professional relationships.
- Identify, connect with and recruit experts, thought leaders and professionals from key geographies for discussions with Simon‑Kucher Healthcare & Life Sciences consultants and support building an international network of experts.
Your Profile
- Business English at C1 level is mandatory.
- Strong technical and analytical skills to understand complex business issues and advise on actionable methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT.
- Direct market research experience and/or recruiting experience is an advantage (e.g., supplier side experience with expert networks, especially in healthcare/life sciences, and HCP/Patient panels).
- Experience with or conceptual understanding of various quantitative research methods (design, execution and analysis): Conjoint (DCM, ACBC), MaxDiff, crosstabs, cluster/segmentation analysis, market simulator development and understanding of market research programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Sawtooth) is a plus.
