You will work closely with market and global leadership to ensure successful integration of key programs and manage resources effectively. Integrated Roadmap: Drive the development and execution of market roadmaps in line with corporate processes. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues. Capacity Planning: Assess and support market capacity for transformation projects, coordinating talent and resources. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between market, global, and segment teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Employer requirements Fluency in English is required. Proven experience in project management at a national or business level, with strong alignment to corporate strategy. Experience in successfully leading transformation initiatives in large-scale organizations. PMP® Certification. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Data & Analytics, or related field. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage resources, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
