Market Manager

For our client, an international organization, a manufacturer of dedicated components for the chemical, industrial, energy, and transportation sectors, we are looking for a Market Manager with a very good command of English.
Scope of responsibilities for this position:
- Managing the team in accordance with company goals and market strategy; team training
- Developing market strategies with a focus on growth
- Conducting market analysis for sales and distribution opportunities; monitoring current trends and market competition
- Initiating and implementing specific sales plans, developing marketing campaigns, promoting products and services to achieve sales growth and market share, strengthening market leadership
- Expanding the portfolio to new market segments, introducing new products to the market
- Collaborating with factory stakeholders within the organization, Sales teams, Global Construction, and strategy teams to focus on key products, services, and projects
- Building lasting, long-term relationships with customers, delivering the highest quality through professional service
- Training, coaching, and empowering team members with value-based and strategic selling techniques
- Working with the ERP system, focusing on optimising the sales process through team coaching and training
Requirements:
- Many years of sales experience with proven success
- Knowledge and experience in the oil & gas, chemical, and energy sectors
- Ability and experience of working with key clients and corporations, strong business acumen
- Ability to collaborate with the marketing department to generate high-level sales
- Familiarity with B2B environments and direct interaction with stakeholders, such as key clients and corporate clients
- Experience of collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and supply chain
- Strategic thinking to align market opportunities with company objectives
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, ease in making sound decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Expertise in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM tools, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Fluent in spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
