Recruitment Process

Stage 1 : Phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min)

Stage 2 : Online meeting with the manager (60 mins)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Apply in-depth industry knowledge towards the development of new techniques and improving processes or workflows for the Finance department.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within Finance.
  • Evaluate moderately complex issues utilizing data, and select the best action between potentially conflicting situations.
  • Analyze data by filtering, prioritizing, and validating moderately complex information from multiple sources.
  • Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4-8 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, instruments, and industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, and validate complex data from multiple sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while exercising autonomy and independent judgment.
  • Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Effective communication skills to provide insights and guidance to senior stakeholders.
  • Sound ethical judgment and adherence to compliance standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to appropriately assess and manage risk in business decisions and processes.
