We are currently seeking a highly motivated Market Artwork Copy Expert (MACE) to join our team. Your main objective will be to obtain correct and timely translations from external partners as well as create your own artwork projects (stickers, bundles, packs), where you will be held accountable for the text content. As a MACE, you will cooperate with artwork planners in other departments, local marketing as well as multiple functions within product supply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Obtaining timely and correct translations of ‘mastercopy’ (English) to ‘localcopy’ (10 languages of Central Europe) with the help of an external agency.
2. Reviewing final artwork files in detail to spot potential mistakes and lacking mandatory elements.
3. Aligning with Category Artwork Copy Expert (CACE) on the content of artwork during kick-off meetings.
4. Leading your own customization projects (legal stickers, bundle packs, boxes), where you will be fully responsible for the artwork creation.
5. Owning delivery of key artwork process metrics.
6. Tracking and communicating results within specific brands.
7. Contributing to gap analysis and action plan development (internal and external) for results improvement.
8. Reporting any artwork-related quality incidents. Owning why-why analysis supported with proper corrective & preventive actions in case of quality incidents.

Required Skills:

1. Operating with discipline.
2. Strong verbal/written communication skills.
3. Advanced language skills in English. Polish language is not required.
4. Excellent MS Office Package skills.
5. Ability to quickly learn internal systems.
