What does the job involve?

Responsible for Safe Work practices, planning, execution and monitoring of lifecycle operations and preventative as well as unplanned maintenance of the facilities, equipment, tools, and systems used to acquire energy resources. Includes identification and evaluation of operational risks and setting operational performance targets and measures.

The candidate on this position shall be responsible for marine activities coordination and logistic setup of Offshore Wind O&M Base located in Łeba, and will also coordinate and supervise activities of a team of specialists responsible for facility administration, warehouse administration and local IT infrastructure maintenance.

Key Tasks

  • Have technical responsibility for logistics contracts.
  • Define, implement and manage all logistical activities/processes on site such as bunkering, deliveries, vessel loading, and others.
  • Being Discipline Lead for marine operations related matters such as marine logistics of vessels activities - vessel audits, marine ops procedure review extraordinary vessel ops, and others.
  • Have technical responsibility for waste management contract.
  • Manage customs/border control/ISPS matters.
  • Have technical responsible for spare parts storage contracts.

You will cooperate with O&M Team in order to optimize safe service and maintenance execution for offshore wind farms and power transmission infrastructure.

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics management.
  • Higher education in logistics, supply chain management would be ideal but other relevant education will also be considered.
  • Marine market specification.
  • Organizational and management skills.
  • Facility maintenance ability.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and verbal Polish and advanced English.

Please note that phone screening and formal interviews will not take place for this role until second half of January / February to allow for the holiday period.
