- Drive and implement the Quality strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead the deployment of Quality Management Systems across the value chain.
- Enact a systematic quality assurance process focused on risk prevention to ensure consistent, high-quality products and services throughout their lifecycle.
- Drive effective improvement initiatives to enhance product and service performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality products and services through risk prevention.
- Champion improvement initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen collaboration between global manufacturing and local markets.
- Act as a key quality liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
- Proven leadership in matrix organizations across multiple countries.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in quality strategy implementation and customer engagement.
