O roli

The goal of a production plant manager is to effectively manage production operations, ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes, and continuously improve processes to achieve the established operational and financial objectives of the plant.

Obowiązki

• Planning, organizing, and supervising the production process in the plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring and analysing production results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards and fostering a culture of safety within the team.
• Managing the production team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development of employees to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborating with other departments such as logistics, quality, and engineering to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Controlling production costs, managing the departments budget, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Reporting production results and achieved goals to the management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implementing innovations and process improvements in production to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adherence to best practices in production.

Kwalifikacje

• Higher education (preferably in fields related to management, production engineering, or related areas) or qualified by experience.
• Professional experience in the field of production, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial positions.
• Familiarity with production management tools and techniques (such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ability to develop production plans and monitor results.
• Fluency in English and Polish

• The capability to make quick decisions and handle pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and production-related regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
