We are seeking a seasoned and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at one of our key manufacturing plants in Poland. As part of a multinational company in a growing and challenging industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies at the plant level. This position requires strong manufacturing experience, deep knowledge of labor relations, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced industrial environment within a multinational matrix structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals and local labor laws, tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Lead labor relations and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide hands‑on support in employee relations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development.
- Partner with plant leadership.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for HR data analysis, workforce metrics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, safety, and production to support business goals.
- Lead an HR team on‑site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in labor laws, labor relations, and HR compliance.
- Polish native and advanced proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
