We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Leader (Repair) to join our team. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the manufacturing cells dedicated to the repair of our products.
• Manage a team of technicians following repair manufacturing and test instructions to diagnose and rectify faults.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality production output.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met, with a key focus on lead-time to ensure customer’s down-time is reduced.
• Report on production performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in industrial machine building or other technical industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, diagnosis/troubleshooting, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
