Main Purpose of the position:
Ensure the daily operation and support availability of the manufacturing IT systems in the agreed SLA together with other teams.
Take part in the implementations of standard systems and processes. Find further opportunities to drive more standardization (removing legacy/non-standard apps/systems).
Manage the user support and effectively facilitate the use of other established regional or global teams e.g. Network team, Server Team, Helpdesk, etc. or outsourced services e.g. MPS, etc.
