We are seeking a dedicated Site Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our production teams daily to ensure they perform efficiently while adhering to safety, quality, deadlines, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards (SQDIP).
What you will do:
- Provide daily support to production teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery times, stock accuracy, and productivity.
- Identify and implement improvements in assembly processes and tools.
- Lead qualification of major developments and new processes.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
- Drive problem‑solving, process optimisation, and system excellence, based on ISO 9001.
- Manage and coordinate customer complaint investigations with relevant departments.
- Identify root causes of process and quality issues using 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, and other structured methods.
- Lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap, rework, and non‑conformities.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, electronics, aerospace, or similar).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, RCA).
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
